Irish Dairy Board, Inc. has been operating with an office in the U.S.A. since 1984, initially with a small staff and more recently with a full office in Wilmette (north of Chicago, Illinois). From this office IDB, Inc. manages its full portfolio of dairy products including food items such as:
- A full range of specialty Irish cheese products for consumer use including Blarney Cheese, Irish Swiss Cheese, Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, a magnificent new cheese product Dubliner Cheese and many more new and newly developed cheese products. In addition we have our very own Irish Butter which is truly an experience in creamy taste, all these food items are marketed under our branded label Kerrygold.
- An expanding range of commodity dairy products which includes, Non Fat Milk Powder, Rennet and Acid Casein of various mesh sizes, all to the highest specifications, we also offer hard grating (Italian type) Irish cheeses for processing and a range of special thermophilic starters that are used in conjunction with other ingredients to make a range of cheese products, our staff will be delighted to send you details and samples upon request.
