What makes Kerrygold products so, well, perfect? It's the land. Pure and simple. Ireland is the perfect setting for making the world's best dairy products. Why? Because it's one of the only places left where dairy herds roam free, munch on rich, green grass and drink from pristine natural water sources. And since Ireland's climate is temperate year round, our dairy herds enjoy fresh pastures year round. All this results in rich, creamy milk that we then use to create our distinctive line of products, each Irish through and through.

Dubliner
Like its namesake, Dubliner is a unique cheese that can take on many faces. Its mature, complex character makes it a sophisticated addition to any traditional cheese plate, while its enticingly sweet aftertaste invites hungry snackers and cheese aficionados alike.

While its uniqueness is difficult to describe, Dubliner cheese has a hard texture, not unlike a cheddar, but with the sweet, nutty taste of a mild swiss and the piquant flavor of an aged Italian-type cheese.

Blarney Castle Cheese
Our Blarney Castle cheese is an entirely natural semi-soft, part-skim cheese containing no artificial additives or coloring. It s subtle flavor is reminiscent of a young gouda. True to it's name, our Oak-Smoked Blarney Castle cheese has the rich, distinctive undertones of the natural oak fires on which it's produced.

Vintage Irish Cheddar-Reduced Fat Cheddar
Like the cheddar of the monks, our Vintage Irish Cheddar and Reduced Fat Vintage Irish Cheddar are made with strict attention to detail. Both cheeses are carefully matured for at least 12 months. During this process they are continuously graded so that only the very best cheeses finally bear the "Vintage" Label. The results of such attention to detail is a connoisseurs' cheddar, with a rich, rounded flavor and firm, smooth body.

Irish Swiss
A hard, smooth cheese produced from part-skim, pasteurized Irish milk, Kerrygold Swiss is aged over 90 days. This lengthy aging process gives it a distinct delicacy and richness of texture. Besides being entirely natural, fans marvel at its evenly distributed holes and sweet nutty taste.
